We're looking for a Senior UI Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend development, who can build responsive and intuitive UIs while working with modern PHP stacks and scalable architectures. Tuebora transforms Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) by automating traditionally complex and time-consuming processes using AI Agents. Our AI Agents simplify the most challenging aspects of identity management by offering a

policy-driven platform supported by AI-based processes and a modular architecture.

Position Overview

Lead, design, development, and optimization of scalable Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement robust Java applications using frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Develop systems that will run on Kubernetes / AWS EKS.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Elasticsearch, caching technologies like Redis or Memcached.
• Ensure software scalability, performance, and security.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and deliverables.
