Key Responsibilities :

• You will lead the design and architecture of complex Lending systems, ensuring they are scalable, and maintainable, while setting the gold standard for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency across client's product spectrum.
• You will provide strategic technical insights and risk assessments to leadership and partners, guiding decision-making that drives project and people management.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and experience teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specifications that create a lasting impact.
• You will identify and mitigate technical risks through proactive initiatives, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance of critical systems while handling incidents as they arise.
• You will provide feedback on code, design, and technical proposals, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and software performance optimization.
