Role Overview -
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in selling low-volume, long life cycle, customized and standard equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to Defense sector clients, including PSUs and private organizations. Exceptional candidates with similar experience in the Railways sector will also be considered.
This role focuses on promoting and selling Power Distribution Units (PDUs)both Conventional and Smart variants—designed for Military applications across the Army, Air Force, and Navy.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Defense and Railways sectors.
- Promote and sell Conventional and Smart PDUs tailored for military use.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and technical stakeholders in PSUs and private defense firms.
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
Required Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in business development or technical sales.Experience in selling long-life-cycle industrial equipment to Defense or Railways.Familiarity with PDUs and their applications in military environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as required.
