Job Description :
We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead and manage our Listing team at the Metropolitan Stock Exchange. The role involves ensuring that companies listed on the Exchange follow all necessary rules and regulations set by SEBI and the Exchange.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and guide the team handling compliance with Listing Regulations for companies listed on the Exchange.
- Review and approve applications submitted by companies for raising funds and listing.
- Handle approvals related to listing, delisting, open offers, buy-backs, and other corporate actions.
- Monitor compliance with SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations for both compulsory and voluntary delisting.
- Coordinate SEBI and internal audits and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Review and process various corporate actions like mergers, sub-divisions, bonuses, rights issues, and dividend announcements.
- Analyze financial reports, shareholding data, and market cap trends to support regulatory decisions.
- Manage compliance related to SEBI Takeover and Listing Regulations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and follow relevant SOPs.
- Represent the Exchange in meetings related to listing with SEBI, listed companies, and other regulatory bodies.
- Provide compliance-related support and solutions to meet Exchange requirements.
Skills and Qualifications Required :
Strong understanding of Capital Markets and listed / traded products.In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations for listed companies.Good communication skills to interact with SEBI, listed companies, peer exchanges, and depositories.Self-motivated and able to work in a regulatory and compliance-focused environment.Should have leadership skills to manage, guide, and train the team effectively
