PEGA PRPC Experience : Certified CSSA. 10+ years of PEGA experience. Pega Production Support Engineer Pega CSSA Certified and candidates should have strong PEGA technology functional hands-on experience Must be able to restore BAU user incidents and understand the interfacing applications. Provide application support in accordance with standard guidelines within the agreed SLAs. Debug and identify production issues by analyzing code and reproducing the issue in lower environments. Participate in high priority incident triage calls which may include but not limited to DB server issues, application server issues, Code issues, Data issues and network issues. Partnering with other support teams and infrastructure support teams to resolve issues and drive problem management Monitor performance trends, system stability and trigger preventive actions ?Strong experience in integrations includes Email Listener, SOAP, REST, API's etc. ?Good knowledge of Case Management ?Should have involved in at least 2 project implementations ?Experience in analysing production environment performance and suggest recommendations for improvement ?Experience in Agile methodology ?Strong debugging skills and experience of system administration tools ? Knowledge of Pega implementation methodology
