Job descriptionMaintenance of exterior and interior painting and decoration as necessary Repairing any damage to walls and filling in small cracks / holes Repairing damage to wallpaper and decorative finishes Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements Ensuring that equipment and tools are kept in a clean and useable condition Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times Maintain a safe working area Use initiative to create solutions to problems Keep accurate and current records of materials received Ensure that painted areas are clearly marked and if appropriate cordoned off Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required Flexible availability for 24 / 7 standby duties and emergency call outs Respond to painting emergencies within the agreed time-frames Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
