Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Namreta Industries Private Limited. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

• Interviewing and Screening skills
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
