Location : On site (Hindi-speaking Mandatory)
Work hours : 10am to 7pm
Working days : Monday to Friday
Package : Up to 7 LPA based on the previous CTC
About the Role
Yaclass is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Recruiter to take full ownership of hiring for our Sales team (Executives, Team leads, and other roles). In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding, to build a high-impact sales team that fuels our rapid growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing the Best Talent – Use job portals, , referrals, and direct outreach to find high-potential sales professionals.
- Screening & Shortlisting – Assess candidates’ sales skills, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview & Selection – Manage the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Offer Management & Onboarding – Negotiate offers, close hires, and support onboarding for a smooth transition.
- Data-Driven Hiring – Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding – Build company reputation by ensuring a great candidate experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Experience : 4-6 years in recruitment, preferably in telesales, inside sales, or B2C hiring.Languages : Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi to engage with a diverse candidate pool.People Skills : Ability to assess candidates’ sales potential and build strong relationships.Tech Savvy : Proficient in implementing and using ATS, job portals, and for sourcing.Target-Oriented : You perform well in a high-energy environment where speed and quality matter.Why Join Us?
