Job Summary :

We are looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX / UI design with expertise in modern design tools and methodologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and functionally effective designs that align with business Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences across digital products.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business and user needs.
• Work closely with our user research team and use data to inform design decisions.
• Support with usability testing (note taking, brief preparation).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Work within Agile and iterative design processes, contributing to sprint planning and & Tool Requirements :
• Design Tools : Figma
• Prototyping & Wireframing : Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Miro
• Collaboration & Handoff : Mural, JIRA, Confluence
• Basic Frontend Knowledge (Preferred) : HTML, CSS, JavaScript Skills & Qualifications :
• Strong expertise in UI / UX principles, interaction design, and design thinking.
• Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user testing Required :
• Practitioner (D level) : 2-4 years of experience in UX / UI / Product Design.
• Professional (E level) : 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading design projects and delivering user-centered Qualifications :
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience working in Agile and Lean UX environments.
• Knowledge of AI-driven design tools and automation.
