Insurance Advisor

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering suitable insurance products, and providing excellent after-sales service. Your goal is to help clients make informed decisions to protect their life, health, assets, and future.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and insurance needs.

Product Advisory

Explain different types of insurance policies (life, health, motor, etc.) and recommend the best options.

Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.

Sales & Documentation

Present and sell suitable insurance plans and investment-linked insurance products.

Ensure completion of application forms and required documentation accurately.

Customer Support

Handle client queries regarding policy terms, premium payments, renewals, and claims.

Offer regular follow-ups and policy reviews to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
