Digital Marketing Director

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Director who brings strategy, structure, and growth to the table. If you’re experienced in performance marketing and paid media (Google & Facebook), and can lead with both vision and data — we want to hear from you.

Your role :

Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy

Manage large ad budgets and optimize cross-channel performance

Lead the performance team across Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

Analyze data, measure impact, and continuously improve results

Collaborate closely with product, creative, and business teams to align goals

What we’re looking for :

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong leadership skills

Proven experience managing $50K-$500K+ monthly ad spend

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution skills

Background in eCommerce, agency, or international brands is a strong advantage
