Job Title : Automation Quality Analyst

Location : Gurgaon

Type of position : Fulltime

Experience : 3-6 Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Automation Quality Analyst specializing in Playwright to join our quality assurance team. As an Automation QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by executing test plans, identifying defects and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Your work will help us deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain high standards of product excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Analyze business requirements.

2. Design test cases.

3. Perform formal and exploratory testing.

4. Automate E2E tests with Playwright + JavaScript / TypeScript.

5. Execute automated and manual test cases.

6. Review test cases and auto tests.

7. Collaborate with developers to identify root cause of issues.

8. Work with the DevOps team to ensure test environments are stable.

9. Communicate complex issues to both Business and Technical teams.

10. Report test results to stakeholders

What You’ll Need

11. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

12. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role

13. Experience in testing of complex web applications

14. Knowledge of Playwright + JavaScript / TypeScript

15. Experience in implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks

16. Knowledge of CI / CD tooling, such as Gitlab CI

17. Knowledge and experience in API testing (Postman or any other similar tool)

18. Ability to lead testing activities during Sprint / Release

19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

20. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies

Desirable Experience :

21. 3-5 years of proven experience as a test engineer
