About the Role :
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Client Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This is a key client-facing role where you'll serve as the bridge between our agency and top-tier clients, managing campaigns across digital channels and ensuring excellence in delivery and performance. You will lead client communication, oversee campaign execution, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, display, social, email, content, influencer).
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, media, and analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver timely, insightful reporting.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to upsell strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Support new business development efforts as needed.
Qualifications :
2 – 3+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-impact campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and analytics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically.Proficient with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Experience - 2 to 3 Years
