Senior UI / UX Designer - Figma

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI / UX Designer with 8+ years of experience in creating user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma, along with a deep understanding of user interface design, interaction design, and user experience best practices across web and mobile :

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency in visual design standards and contribute to the design system.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and ensure design quality across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
