1. Job Title : Senior Manager - User Acquisition & SEO

Experience Required : 5-8 years in growth / SEO roles, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or app-first businesses.
Role Overview :
As Senior Manager - User Acquisition & SEO, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of organic user growth across web and app ecosystems. This is a leadership role that demands a sharp growth mindset, strong technical SEO expertise, and the ability to scale traffic through content, ASO, and performance intelligence. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive non-paid user acquisition, improve ROI, and expand Stashfin's organic footprint.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Ownership :
- Build and lead the organic growth roadmap for Stashfin across search (SEO), app stores (ASO), and content marketing.
- Define and drive monthly & quarterly acquisition targets (organic traffic, installs, activation rates).
- Partner with Product, Brand, Tech & Data teams to create seamless and high-converting user journeys.
SEO Leadership :
Own technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility across lending, credit, and personal finance keywords.Oversee technical audits, Core Web Vitals compliance, schema optimization, and crawl / index health.ASO & App Growth :
Strategize and implement App Store Optimization (ASO) across Android and iOS stores.Lead experimentation on app assets, metadata, creatives, and localization for performance enhancement.Align with media and CRM teams to improve install-to-activation conversion rates.Content-Led Acquisition :
Build a robust content funnel to target high-intent users via blogs, guides, videos, and landing pages.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for thought-leadership content that drives traffic and backlinks.Improve domain authority through strategic outreach, influencer-led PR, and editorial partnerships.Team & Performance Management :
Mentor and grow a team of SEO analysts, ASO specialists, and content marketers.Monitor KPIs like organic sessions, rankings, DAU / MAU, conversion %, and LTV to optimize performance.Present monthly business reviews and acquisition forecasts to management.Qualifications & Key Skills :
5-8 years of experience in SEO, ASO, or growth marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.Proven success in scaling organic traffic and app installs in a B2C, app-first business (preferably BFSI or fintech).Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using GA4, Search Console, AppTweak, Ahrefs, Looker / Tableau.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.Exposure to international markets, multi-language SEO, or vernacular content is a plus.Why Join Us :
