Orange MonkE is on the lookout for an impact-driven Senior SEO Specialist who lives and breathes organic growth, excels at data-led strategy, and has proven expertise in managing international SEO campaigns across diverse industries. If you're someone who has mastered Technical, On-Page, Off-Page , and Advanced SEO techniques , this is your opportunity to work with a high-performing global team.

What You’ll Own :

  • SEO Strategy & Execution :

Lead SEO strategies across websites targeting international markets, ensuring alignment with Google’s latest algorithms and best practices.

  • On-Page SEO :

    • Own page-level optimization for high-impact content and core landing pages (home page, service pages, blogs, etc.).

  • Technical SEO :

    • Conduct comprehensive audits, fix crawl errors, implement structured data, manage Core Web Vitals, and enhance overall site health.

    Off-Page SEO & Link Building :

    Develop sustainable backlink strategies, outreach campaigns, and authority-building initiatives.

    Specialized SEO Capabilities :

  • Local SEO & Map Pack Optimization
  • YouTube SEO / Video SEO
  • Podcast SEO & Voice Search Optimization
  • B2B SEO & E-commerce SEO
  • GEO / AEO / AIO Optimization for SERP dominance
  • SEO Content Marketing :

    • Collaborate with content teams to align keyword strategy with storytelling and EEAT principles.

  • Competitive & Keyword Intelligence :

    • Deep-dive into competitor tactics, industry benchmarks, and SERP analysis to build defensible SEO positions.

  • Audit & Reporting :

    • Regularly conduct SEO audits and translate complex data into actionable insights using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and others.

    We’re Looking For Someone Who :

  • Has 10+ years of full-stack SEO experience (with international market exposure).
  • Is extremely proficient in data analysis and SEO KPIs tracking.
  • Has led or managed multiple SEO projects simultaneously across industries and geographies.
  • Is fluent in using industry-standard tools and comfortable managing technical implementation with devs.
  • Understands the nuances of voice search, mobile-first indexing, featured snippets, and schema.
  • Is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • Bonus if you have :

  • Experience with AI-integrated SEO workflows .
  • Built SEO frameworks for multilingual or region-specific websites .
  • Worked with content, design, and PPC teams to fuel omnichannel growth.
