The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for leading revenue generation for the branch.
Skills required :
- Direct Sales Experience with exposure to branch operations management
- Strong focus on results and execution excellence; managing monthly target planning and achievement
- Overall P&L Management
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the territory
- Plan and execute Lead Generation activities with the branch marketing team, monitor lead-to-sales trends
- Excellent leadership and large team management skills
Qualifications
