If you’ve raised millions, built teams, scaled locations, and created investor excitement—this is your next legacy move.

Mandatory : Prior experience raising $1M+ capital (equity or blended) in the restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food-tech ecosystem

Preferred : MBA / PGDM from IIM-A FABM, SPJIMR, ISB , or a comparable global institute

This role is not for consultants or passive investors. We want operators who close rounds and scale stores.

Your Core Responsibilities

Capital Raising

• Lead $1M–$10M+ institutional fundraising rounds (VC, family office, strategic)
• Build investor strategy, data room, and narrative around restaurant economics and AI-led growth
• Own investor relations and drive confidence through metrics, market knowledge, and traction.
