We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics team. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful AI / ML solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across diverse business Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business teams to translate complex problems into data science use-cases.
• Design and develop scalable AI / ML models tailored to client needs.
• Work with data engineers to gather, clean, and preprocess data.
• Implement ML algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Collaborate with BI teams to build intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
• Work with application teams to deploy models as microservices (e.g., Flask, AWS Lambda).
• Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior data Skills & Experience :
• Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science projects.
• Proficient in Python or R, and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong understanding of algorithms : Regression, SVM, Random Forest, Clustering, NLP, LLMs, etc.
• Experience with deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Exposure to cloud platforms AWS / Azure.
• SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing knowledge.
• Deployment experience via Flask, Azure Functions, or AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Soft Skills :
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to patterns and data Preferred :
• Candidates from Kochi / Trivandrum preferred. Candidates from Chennai and Bangalore must be open to working from office during initial months.
