Technical Support Engineer - Network Infrastructure

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS-related issues and basic network connectivity problems.
• Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts.
• Perform regular system updates, antivirus patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements under warranty or AMC.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and log all support incidents in ticketing Skills :
• Strong understanding of Windows OS (10 / 11), MS Office, and Active Directory basics.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN / WAN).
• Hands-on experience with desktop / laptop hardware and peripherals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
