We’re Hiring : Graphic Designer (with AI & Video Editing Skills)

Location : East Patel Nagar, New Delhi (On-site)

Type : Full-time | 6 Days / Week

Salary : ₹3 – 5 LPA (Based on Experience)

Experience : 1–3 Years

Your Role

Design daily creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, ads, landing pages & presentations
Edit reels, YouTube Shorts, promo videos using Premiere Pro and CapCut
Use AI + creativity to speed up workflow using tools like ChatGPT (Pro), Sora (video AI), Midjourney (optional)
Build marketing assets from Envato Elements templates and personalize them for our brand
Collaborate with the video team, influencer team & education team for visual storytelling
Stay up to date with design trends, Instagram reel aesthetics, and conversion-focused layouts

Tools You’ll Be Working With

Canva Pro

Adobe Premiere Pro + CapCut (for quick edits & long-form content)

Envato Elements (we have a subscription for templates, stock & assets)

Sora by OpenAI (video generation + editing, upcoming campaigns)

ChatGPT Pro (we use it for scripting, design prompts, ideation)

Bonus : Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop if you're comfortable

You’re a Great Fit If You :

Have 1–3 years of design experience (freelance or full-time)

Have a strong portfolio with social media creatives & video content

Can shoot / edit reels or repurpose existing footage into high-quality video content

Love exploring AI tools & design automation to create smarter & faster

Are creative, detail-oriented, and fast with feedback turnarounds

Are excited about working on a personal brand (Amar Bedi – 100K+ followers) , events, influencer collaborations & e-learning content
