About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling graphics that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original graphic concepts, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Design creatives for websites, social media posts, presentations, case studies, and promotional material.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
- Present drafts and final designs for feedback and review.
- Revise and refine work based on input while maintaining design quality and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).1 to 1.5 years of experience in a graphic design or similar creative role.Proficiency in design tools such as Canva Pro , Adobe Photoshop , and InDesign ; familiarity with AI-based image / video editing tools is a plus.A portfolio that reflects creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of design.Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.Strong time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
