Job Description : Responsibilities :

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
Translate business requirements into Functional and technical specifications for BI solutions
Design and develop data models and databases to support BI reporting and analysis
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation and cleansing activities
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of BI solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Deliverables

Timely delivery of Projects with quality solutions on user requirements

Prepare documents like FSD, Use case diagrams, Data flow diagrams, Test plans / cases, UAT confirmation, User manuals, Training materials

Provide periodic updates on the statuses of the projects including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI Finance Analytics

Good understanding of business analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and reporting tools (viz SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP FICO, Power BI, Tableau etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Domain Knowledge of Finance

SAP FI basis knowledge

Basic Excel knowledge
