What This Role Looks Like :
- Conducting audits that go beyond surface-level fixes
- Identifying meaningful opportunities across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Collaborating with content strategists to build search-informed narratives
- Working with developers to ensure structural alignment
- Reporting in a way that makes clients and creatives both understand the "why"
What Makes You a Fit :
2–5 years in SEO with hands-on experience across audits, content strategy, and technical setupFluent in tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs / SEMRush, and your own systems of logicAble to see SEO as a long game — with context, nuance, and prioritiesComfortable speaking to founders, marketers, and creatives alikeBonus if you’ve worked across different industries or international marketsWhat You’ll Get :
