About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our IT sales efforts, particularly in website development and SEO services . The ideal candidate will be confident in lead generation, outreach, and handling initial client conversations. Experience working with Western markets (UK, USA, Canada, or Australia) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Bark, , email, and cold calls .
- Understand client needs and present service offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
- Manage and update lead pipelines and CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and close deals.
- Maintain awareness of digital trends in Western markets to pitch effectively.
Required Skills & Experience :
