Key Responsibilities :

• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening applications.
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process.
• Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of onboarding materials.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
• Assist in conducting surveys and collecting employee feedback.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
