7+ years of relevant HR Business partner experience with a graduation from Tier 1 B Schools.Strong cross-functional partnerships and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to communicate with executive leadership teamA can-do attitude, agility in navigating changes and ability to roll up your sleeves in adynamic and very fast-paced environment
Gather information from a variety of stakeholders and data sources in an objective, unbiased manner to raise awareness and / or drive change in the businessOwnership of HR programs and performance management activities within the businessA “business first” mindset and using that knowledge to apply HR and people solutions and outcomesCompetence and understanding in the various HR functional areas : employee engagement, performance management, payroll, total rewards, learning and development, centre of excellence etc.Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of theorganization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
