About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and well-networked Franchise Growth Manager who has a deep understanding of retail operations and has successfully onboarded franchisees in the past. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and market knowledge to identify, approach, and convert potential franchise partners while also supporting property identification and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential franchise partners using personal and industry network.
• Evaluate and finalize suitable franchisee prospects in target regions.
• Assist in identifying and shortlisting commercially viable properties for new outlets.
• Drive end-to-end franchise onboarding – from pitch to agreement and store opening.
• Coordinate with internal departments for brand standards, setup, and training.
• Maintain healthy franchisee relationships and track performance post-launch.
