Technical Implementation Manager - IT Infrastructure

Job descriptionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Team collaboration Academic Qualifications : Graduated in Related Field Production Migration : Plan, execute, and oversee production migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. L2 Support Team Management : Lead and manage the L2 support team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective issue resolution. Post-Production Handover : Coordinate post-production handover activities, ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth transition to the support team. Infrastructure Planning : Forecast server / infrastructure requirements for project go-live, collaborating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure adequate resources. IT Infrastructure Coordination : Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements. Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, technical leads, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and issue resolution. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting : Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, server management, and production environments
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Work with relational databases and integrate applications with back-end systems.
- Knowledge Docker, CI / CD is preferred
- Relevant fintech domain experience
