Program Manager- Affiliate Marketing

Job descriptionOwn sales and growth through content creators : Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of rewards programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, acting as the main point of contact to drive growth and performance. Campaign Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, leveraging data to maximize ROI. Accountability for Results : Own performance metrics, ensuring growth, revenue targets, and KPIs are met. Lead strategy and negotiations : Develop and implement marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Creative Collaboration : Work with creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials for TikTok Shop affiliates. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong affiliate relationships. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills.
