Job Summary :

As a Sales Manager at Auctera, you’ll drive revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing relationships with brands, advertisers, and agencies seeking impactful affiliate marketing solutions. Your key role is to expand market presence, aligning our services with client objectives, and delivering exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition : Build and manage a pipeline of direct advertisers, agencies, and brand clients.
  • Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach. Negotiate payout models and deal sizes, typically ranging from $25K to $500K.
  • Relationship Management : Provide ongoing relationship management, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate internally to develop strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising sales (preferably 3 to 8 years).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Existing advertiser or agency contacts in key verticals (e-commerce, fintech, gaming, SaaS, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms such as HasOffers, Everflow, Tune, or similar.
  • Familiarity with traffic sources like Native, Display, Email, and Search.
  • Self-driven, collaborative individual passionate about driving growth in a dynamic and remote-first environment.
