Binary Semantics - Technical Lead - Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers; provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to design and implement robust software solutions.
• Design and manage client-side and server-side architecture.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performing, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Write clean and efficient APIs.
• Test software for responsiveness and efficiency; troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems as needed.
• Oversee database management and application performance optimization.
• Ensure implementation of security and data protection best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for reference and Skills :
• Proven team handling experience of 1-2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines, and AWS Cloud Services.
• Solid understanding of Relational Databases, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and Apache Tomcat.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
