About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Senior Brand Manager
to take full ownership of our brand and lead its growth journey. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s future through a combination of strategic vision, data-driven insights, and creative execution. You will play a key role in driving brand equity, ensuring P&L performance, and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of the brand and lead the development of long-term brand strategies, including brand vision, value proposition, positioning, and guidelines. Own and manage the P&L for the brand, ensuring strong financial performance and resource optimization. Analyze brand performance, positioning, and consumer insights to uncover key growth opportunities. Shape and articulate the brand’s vision and mission both internally and externally. Translate brand strategies into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market execution. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and creative agencies to develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Drive new product development and manage end-to-end GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and financial goals. Track, measure, and report the performance of all marketing initiatives, evaluating ROI and KPIs to optimize effectiveness. Monitor industry and category trends, competitive landscape, and evolving consumer behavior to stay ahead of the curve. Oversee the execution of ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and excellence. Manage product distribution strategy and monitor consumer reactions, making real-time adjustments to improve brand performance.
Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–9 years of brand management experience, preferably in consumer-facing brands. Proven track record of owning brand P&L and delivering strong business outcomes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think both strategically and creatively. Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Passionate about brand building and consumer experience.
