Job descriptionShould have a prior or current experience as a Partner in a Law Firm. Should have experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Private Equity domain. Contracts : Managing legal documentation, drafting, review and negotiation of variety of agreements including investment agreements, lease agreements, share purchase agreements, procurement contracts, service contracts, GTCs, RFP, RFQ, NDAs, joint ventures, EPC etc. Creation of standard templates as per business needs. Contracts Claim Management & Advisory : Manging contractual disputes across jurisdictions; Management and filing of relevant contractual documents (letters, e-mails, minutes); Deliverables & Obligations Management. Advisory on general corporate laws, corporate governance, and regulatory on a day to basis. Advise and administration of the contracts in order to anticipate the claims procedures. Stakeholder Management (Internal & External) : Management of internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with cross functional teams for project management, contractual dispute resolution, training etc. Work with domestic and international law firms for corporate as well as plant level issues relating to existing and upcoming Projects.
