Job Description – ERP Coordinator (Epicor Implementation & Support)

Role Brief
Serve as the internal liaison between business teams and the Epicor implementation partner. Drive requirements gathering, oversee configuration, manage data migration, coordinate testing & training, ensure a smooth go-live by October, and provide three months of post-implementation support.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Process Mapping (20%)
- Facilitate workshops with Production, Procurement, Finance, Projects, Design and Stores teams.
- Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Configuration Oversight & Data Migration (25%)
Coordinate configuration of Epicor modules : Production, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Finance.Lead data migration : extract, clean, validate master data and open transactions.Validate data migration accuracy (≥ 99% master-data accuracy).Testing & Quality Assurance (20%)
Develop and manage end-to-end test scripts (unit, integration, UAT).Track and drive resolution of defects; ensure UAT sign-off on critical flows (95% pass rate).Training & Change Management (15%)
Create user-training materials (job aids, guides) for each department.Conduct training sessions and train-the-trainer workshops; achieve ≥ 90% user proficiency.Go-Live & Stabilization Support (10%)
Develop and execute cut-over plan ensuring minimal disruption.Provide on-site support for first two weeks post-go-live.Post-Implementation Support & Continuous Improvement (10%)
Act as first point of contact for functional issues; resolve tickets within 24-hour SLA.Collect feedback and document quick-win optimizations for Phase 2 enhancements.Deliverables & KPIs

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience coordinating medium-to-large ERP implementations (Epicor preferred).Strong process-analysis skills across manufacturing, supply-chain, and finance functions.Proven ability in data-migration planning and testing methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and training facilitation skills.Proficiency in Excel, SQL or data-query tools.Key Competencies
