Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Provide operational and logistical support across the full performance management lifecycle, including but not limited to :

o Develop and maintain project trackers to manage the process.

o Create and maintain tools and templates to guide managers and employees.

o Develop training resources and communications to drive understanding and participation.

o Help coordinate training sessions and process communications.

  • Maintain frameworks and tools for career pathing, competencies, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across performance-related touchpoints.
  • Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Support implementation of L&D programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manager development, and senior leadership learning.
  • Own onboarding logistics : welcome emails, SharePoint site maintenance, checklist tracking, and materials preparation.
  • Create and update learning materials (slide decks, guides, etc.).
  • Track participation and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage Learning : curate content, manage access, and promote usage.
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating external training vendors.
  • Culture & Engagement

  • Analyze and summarize annual employee engagement survey results into summary and detailed presentation decks.
  • Administer bi-annual enterprise eNPS surveys and 30- / 90-day engagement surveys for each new acquisition; compile and analyze results into summary presentations for leadership.
  • Oversee administration of the employee recognition program, including managing nominations, communications, and tracking.
  • Support with internal Culture and Equity initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Administrative Support

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on coordination and administrative tasks :
  • o Generating reports and dashboards to track TA metrics

    o Developing process documentation and templates (e.g., SLAs, SOPs)

    o Assisting in drafting job descriptions using AI tools

    o Maintaining and updating the TA SharePoint site with current materials

    o Supporting survey creation and reporting through Qualtrics

    o Organizing and maintaining TA folders and shared resources

    o Assist with responding to frequently asked questions in the career inbox and the ASKHR team

    o Assisting with career fair registration and logistics

    o Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics across multiple time zones

  • Supporting interview scheduling as needed
  • Maintain accuracy across recruiting trackers, templates, and dashboards
  • Provide documentation support and assist with internal communications related to hiring and onboarding
  • Support calendar coordination, meeting prep, and document management across People Experience initiatives

  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent operations, L&D, HR coordination, or a related area.
  • Strong PowerPoint and content development skills; able to build clear, professional, and visually engaging presentations.
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple workstreams and manage stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working in professional services or fast-paced environments preferred.
