What You Will Do

• Assisting in Contract Management : Drafting contracts, reviewing them for compliance, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle under supervision.
• Learning to Review and Analyse Contracts : Assist in examining contract details and terms to ensure they align with legal regulations and company guidelines. Learn to assess potential risks in contract terms, conditions, and outcomes.
• Supporting Negotiations : Observe and assist in negotiating contract terms with external parties.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior team members on contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation. Handle tasks with minimum guidance and support.
• Providing Support to Stakeholders : Learn to provide guidance on contract terms and their implications to various stakeholders. Help other departments with contract-related questions and issues.
• Maintaining Contract Database : Support in maintaining and managing the organizations contract repository. Assist in ensuring timely renewal and amendment of expired contracts.
• Meeting Deadlines : Learn to manage time effectively to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Supporting the Sales Legal Team : Assist the sales legal team in various legal assignments.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory completion of assignments with supervision.
• Focusing on Growth : Aim for personal and professional growth within the company.
• Participating in Reviews : Participate in weekly / monthly reviews with the supervisor.
• Assisting in Report Management : Help manage and prepare reports as required.
• Developing Motivation and Attention to Detail : Show motivation with strong attention to detail and work ethic. Demonstrate a desire to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Gaining Basic Contract Law Knowledge : Learn about corporate contracts such as MSA, MPA, MGA, SOW, NDA, VMI, QA, etc.
