Lead Automation Test Engineer - Java / Selenium

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Java, Selenium, and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile :

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-Driven, BDD).
• Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional, regression, and UI automation testing across different platforms.
• Develop reusable test scripts, libraries, and utilities to improve efficiency.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, Rest Assured for validation.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless software releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
• Optimize test execution with parallel execution and cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
• Implement test data management strategies to support automation testing.
