Mission Details

• Maintain and improve the company's AIMS to ensure its effective operation.
• Management maintenance and update of internal / external documents of the AIMS, including manuals, procedure documents, operation instructions and forms, etc.
• Organize the internal audit of annual management system. Collection and arrangement of input materials for annual management review meeting, arrangement of post meeting records and follow-up of problems.
• Collect and follow up the achievement of the company's objectives, and track the improvement of the non-conforming departments.
• External audit (second-party audit and third-party audit) : coordinate with the second-party audit of customers and external audit of management system.
• Plan and carry out relevant management system training; Maintain and improve the skill of system internal auditor, and to improve the internal audit quality.
