Job descriptionSupport in utilizing all recruitment resources (recruitment agencies, e-recruitment, direct sourcingetc.). Support in posting jobs over the job boards in a proper format. Support in acquiring new CVs through networking with other agencies. Support in liaising between the business and overseas Recruitment Agencies on all matters relating to overseas recruitment. Support in liaising with local colleges, institutions, universities by establishing good rapport in order to promote better industry-institute interaction. Support in organizing the Career Day event at colleges by liaising with institutions and colleges, in order to recruit the merit candidates. Support in reviewing, screening, and pre-interviewing applicants for positions as and when required according to established guidelines and procedures with full coordination with related departments. Support in searching, attracting, and sourcing qualified candidates for different positions. Support in conducting Initial Interviews to shortlist the best qualified candidates. Coordinate between recruitment and different departments for the final interview and all related matters. Support in carrying out the employment approval process to extend an offer to selected candidates. Support the recruitment process for internal and external (Clients) requirements. Identifying vacancies, receiving requirements, from the initial stages of identifying a vacancy through to mobilization of the candidate into the role using selected recruitment channels. Discuss with relevant Division coordinators / Managers approved recruitment requisitions and prepare a recruitment plan of action for each project. Follow up with offered candidates and prepare recruitment contracts. Update, maintain, and operate the application database by gathering potential candidates for prospective positions in the future. Search on job boards and the internet for qualified candidates. Update the recruitment status by interacting with the internal and external consultants to ensure timely information. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly activity reports to all divisions / managers and senior management, covering recruitment section activities, as required by current procedures. Coordinate the visa process internally and externally. Prepare all Visa utilization documents and submit to the respective Recruitment Agency to ensure timely issuance of visas to the accepted candidates. Follow up with the recruitment agencies for visa stamping status of the candidates. Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible. Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services.
