Shifts : Rotational

Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

Work Days : 5 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of 15-20 members effectively
• Oversee team performance focusing on productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition
• Coach and mentor new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and performance excellence
• Review existing processes and provide recommendations to improve overall performance and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
• Identify Training Needs and bridge process gaps (TNI)
• Conduct weekly monitoring and coaching sessions for team members
• Provide floor support and handle escalations efficiently
• Manage and achieve Individual Contributor (IC) targets
• Maintain Average Handling Time (AHT) as per the defined targets for different tenure buckets
• Utilize basic computer skills and MS Excel for reporting and analysis
