Content Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a

creative, culturally aware, and commercially driven Content & Social Marketing Strategist

to lead our brand storytelling, digital marketing, and 360 content strategy. This role isn't just about posting – it's about strategic storytelling, audience obsession, and data-led direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand tone of voice, SEO-driven content, and digital marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do 1.

Content Strategy & Execution Develop and lead a 360° content strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals. Craft compelling copy across the website, emails, blog, and paid media. Define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all touchpoints. Plan and manage editorial calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, performance, and merchandising teams. Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for discovery. 2.

Social Media Strategy Design and execute social strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, , YouTube, X / Twitter, and emerging platforms. Manage content across SEO, social media, Email, Affiliates, and Paid Advertising, ensuring best practices are followed. Use audience insights, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to stay ahead of the digital curve. Partner with creatives to produce engaging social-first content (static, video, UGC, etc.). Define KPIs and analyze performance across organic and paid campaigns. Lead brainstorms, strategy sessions, and client presentations.

What You Bring 3–7 years’ experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or social media strategy. A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and social-first content. Deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, audience behaviors, and emerging trends. Strong communication skills – you can turn insights into ideas and ideas into results. Bonus : Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and influencer / affiliate content strategies. Experience across both B2C and B2B brands is a plus.
