Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies and plans
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and digital marketing solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
