Job descriptionOwn and drive the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding great talent Bachelors / Postgraduate Degree (MBA Preferred) 3+ years of HR experience especially in Talent Acquisition from the Non-IT Industry Sourcing through various channels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Result Orientation with execution excellence Attention to detail Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
