Job Summary

We are in the process of developing 6 Lac SQFT State of The Art Private IT Park in East Pune and looking forward to hire a Design Manager.

The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design phase of construction projects, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines related to design work.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in construction design.
• Facilitate communication between clients and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
