Job description

We are currently hiring with one of leading Healthcare Tech industry at Bangalore.

Looking for only product based organization

Location : Bangalore

Core Skills : SRE, DevOps, CI / CD, Gitlab, building advanced observability solutions, Security, Network and IT Service Management, implementing / managing GitHub (or similar)

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and manage Security, performance, and reliability Financial Platforms Engineering

Leverage AI and automation technologies to elevate Operations Management and Compliance

Advance observability, monitoring beyond technology into business process performance with the ability to articulate technical, business and customer impacts.

Ensure health monitoring and alerting systems is tuned and maintained in a continually evolving technical landscape

Ensure critical systems stability, capacity and performance during critical peak operating periods

Identify and drive remediation

Aggressively drives Operations Excellence culture utilizing an Non-Functional Requirements First perspective. Education, support and elevation capabilities across teams

Enforce operational discipline across teams to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for data protection. Achieve nearly 100% database uptime and availability

Facilitate implementation to continuously improve operational reliability of the cloud infrastructure

Manage availability, performance, monitoring and Infra Provisioning targets for platforms including multiple Cloud solutions On Prem technologies

Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans & exercises to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity

Closely partner with Engineering and Technical Support teams to drive resolution of critical issues

Requires excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions based on available information and communicate with senior business and technology leaders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

12+ years of overall IT experience

7+ years building advanced observability solutions

7+ years Security, Network and IT Service Management

Certifications : Security, ITSM or similar

7+ years implementing ops automation

4+ years implementing / managing GitHub (or similar)

Familiarity and demonstrated use of AI to accelerate work and introduce new capabilities

Ability to work within ambiguous situations without explicit instructions

Strong oral and written communication Skills

Proven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills

Secondary Requirements

Experience in financial technology or healthcare domain

Experience with high volume transaction sites

Experience building and managing roadmaps and implementation plans

Experience with managing technical and organizational change

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering Experience

Understanding of large contact center operations

Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud

Experience in customer-facing products

Demonstrated ability to tell the story from data
