Network IT Asset Management Engineer - Manager

Who we are looking for :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Network Engineer to join the State Street Network Engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in managing and maintaining our IT network infrastructure while ensuring the effective tracking, management, and optimization of IT assets across the organization. Ideal candidates will have basic network and security experience and be highly motivated to expand their knowledge in networking, public cloud, and security.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Evaluate network device configurations to ensure compliance to standards.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Track asset life cycles, including acquisition, deployment, usage, and disposal.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance as needed.
• Ensure all asset management records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for IT asset management and network security.
• Implement and adhere to data protection and privacy policies.
