Job Description :
International taxation
Work very closely on Integration of acquired entities
Tax efficiency structure implementation
Entity consolidation
Roles and Responsibilities :
End to end US tax filing
End to end filing in respective countries, we operate
Transfer pricing regime
VAT / GST / indirect taxes in various jurisdiction
Litigations in US
Contract management from tax side
Understanding of all tax related laws in US and Europe
Skills Required : :
CA / CPA is mandate qualification for this role
Proven Global tax exposure is must
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Job location : Pune / Mumbai
