Collaborate on High-Quality AEP Solutions

Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver Adobe Experience

Platform (AEP & AJO) solutions that meet client business objectives.

AEP Development and Data Management

Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems to

enable seamless data flow.

Implement data governance and quality processes to maintain data integrity.

Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

AJO Development

Develop and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows based on

business requirements and marketing objectives.

Industry Trends and Best Practice Implementation

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in AEP, AJO and digital marketing.

Promote the adoption of Verticurl’s frameworks, tools, and best practices in internal

projects and client deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3 to 5 years of

experience.

2+ years developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP,

Adobe Campaign).

Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and

governance principles.

Knowledge / Experience in data analytics, JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations.

Implement real-time triggers, decision rules, and contextual personalization in customer

workflows. Leverage customer profile data to create real-time and batch-based audience

segmentation.

Implement APIs, webhooks, and connectors for real-time data synchronization.

Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows to

ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.

Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team.

Perform thorough testing to validate journey logic, personalization, and triggers. Monitor

performance metrics and optimize journeys for efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, and

automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data

into actionable insights.
