Experience : 10-15 Years (Relevant HR Experience in E-Commerce Preferred)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and oversee the HR function. The candidate should have proven expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS) , Organizational Development (OD) , Learning & Development (L&D) , and Frontline Hiring . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to create a high-performing, engaged, and innovative workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Performance Management Systems (PMS) :

• Design, implement, and manage an effective PMS to drive a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate employee performance and align them with organizational goals.
• Conduct performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers for employee appraisals.
